On May 21st, the first edition of the Padel World Summit began, and as manufacturers of artificial grass, Realturf did not want to miss the opportunity to participate in this great event for padel professionals. Attendees of the Padel World Summit B2B Expo had the chance to visit the Realturf stand and enjoy playing on their artificial grass on the PPL court -developed by AFP Courts - as well as on the PGR by Bela court from Padel Galis.
The Realturf stand became a perfect meeting point to enjoy the great atmosphere and the highest quality of their artificial grass. In this first edition, Realturf aimed to give their stand a sporty look, highlighting their unique manufacturing with 5-meter rolls that achieve up to 50% fewer seams during installation. Additionally, their stand featured the iconic corner with the grass sofa, providing a place to sit, chat, and relax after an intense day of exhibitions.
Realturf also participated in the B2B Expo with two of their courts, both finalists for the Best Court Project Award at the Padel World Summit Awards. On one hand, there was the court for the Pro Padel League, the first North American league, of which Realturf is the official surface, developed in collaboration with AFP Courts. On the other hand, there was the court of their new model designed by and for players, PGR by Bela, developed in collaboration with Padel Galis, which won the Best Court Project Award.
Additionally, Realturf was a finalist for the Sustainability Award thanks to its projects featuring the new PGR by Bela grass model, in which both the backing and the fiber are made from the same polyolefin family, thus facilitating recyclability by eliminating the need to separate materials. They were also recognized for B.Pure, the grass that cares for you through its exclusive photocatalytic technology by Realturf.
