adidas, a German brand with 75 years of history, will become the official racket of the A1 Padel circuit, starting next year, a partnership that has been in the works for some time and is born from the values they share.
Through AFP Group, the company that holds adidas’ global license for padel, adidas is entering the padel world to be part of the sport’s global growth. They are committed to developing new technologies and supporting the professional careers of young talents. This philosophy aligns with A1 Padel's mission of bringing the sport to all corners of the globe while opening doors for several professional players.
"It is an honor that the second-largest sports company in the world joins our project. Beyond being the official racket, the goal of this partnership is to work together so that padel continues to grow worldwide, offering opportunities to many talented young players who often don’t have the resources to develop their professional careers," says Fabrice Pastor, the president and founder of A1 Padel and a Monegasque businessman.
AFP Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to padel and supports initiatives that aim to promote the sport across all territories. "A1 Padel is growing rapidly, reaching new destinations, and offering opportunities to new talents. With Fabrice Pastor’s commitment, the quality of events in all aspects, and its growing visibility, we believe this partnership will bring great success," explains José Luis Sicre, CEO of AFP Group.
The official launch of the A1 Padel racket will take place next December, where all details of this partnership will be revealed, along with other key points of this collaboration.
