This strategic addition to the team is part of greenset’s ambitious growth plan to consolidate and expand its presence both nationally and internationally.

Belén Montes brings a wealth of experience in business development and commercial strategy, gained through her involvement in numerous expansion projects across the global racquet sports industry. Her career began more than a decade ago, blending her passion for sports with the management and execution of international projects. As a certified padel coach by the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP), Belén has combined on-court experience with strategic development, most recently leading the international expansion of one of the world’s largest padel-specialized retail chains, managing projects across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

In her new role at greenset, Belén Montes will play a key part in the company’s international growth: “I’m stepping into a strategic role to drive greenset’s global expansion, working to position the brand as a benchmark in padel, tennis, and pickleball courts through turnkey projects and strategic partnerships. She has also spearheaded the design and rollout of specialized clinics for women and children in emerging sports markets.
