Padel Galis, Realturf, and Fernando Belasteguín present new versions of the PGR turf

  • April 29, 2025

Padel Galis, Realturf and Fernando Belasteguín continue to revolutionize the padel world with their innovative PGR by Bela turf, now also available in a walkway version, a turf corridor designed to provide aesthetic continuity, professionalism, and high performance beyond the court itself.

Following its successful launch in 2024, the PGR model takes another step toward versatility and sustainability with this new option, ideal for transit areas in sports clubs, warm-up zones, or technical decor. The new PGR decorative kit (available in 2x20 m strips or 2x3 m off-court exit format) maintains the same standards of quality, performance, and design as the official court surface.

Additionally, the PGR+ version is introduced, a specially developed alternative for indoor use, made entirely from 100% recyclable materials, respecting the environment without compromising performance. The use of a single polymer family allows for efficient recycling without chemical treatments or component separation.

Designed by and for the player

Developed together with the Biomechanics Institute of Valencia (IBV) and certified by the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP), the PGR model has been created to enhance the playing experience by offering:

  • Greater player slide, avoiding excessive grip and reducing joint impact.
  • Higher ball bounce, optimizing game speed.
  • Reduced turf deformation, increasing durability.
  • Immediate comfort, especially appreciated by players of all levels.

According to Fernando Belasteguín, “The PGR turf allows the ball to hit the racket with more force and speeds up the pace of play, resulting in a more intense and professional experience.”

Customization and colors

The PGR turf is available in a wide range of colors that adapt to different settings, both in its PGR and PGR+ versions. Additionally, the walkway kits can be customized with the official PGR by Bela logo or with the club or sponsor's logo.
