Nox Future Academy (NFA), the high performance padel academy promoted by NOX, has announced the incorporation of Luis Ferrini as the new Technical Director, who will assume responsibility for the sporting development of all the players of the academy.
With more than 15 years of experience linked to NOX and a solid track record in the training and formation of players in the junior stage and in transition to professionalism, Ferrini joins the project to lead the sports area of the NFA, contributing his knowledge, methodology and vision of integral development.

Ferrini has directed some of the most outstanding institutions of Catalan padel:
During his career, he has coached players who today are international references, such as Ari Sanchez, whom he accompanied during his junior stage (2008-2015), achieving with her titles of Champion of Spain and World Champion in the categories of child, cadet and junior.
Between 2013 and 2015 she was part of the technical team of the Catalan Federation of Padel and the Tarragona technification program, collaborating in the development of numerous players who have subsequently excelled in the professional field.
In recent years he has stood out for coaching young talents of Team Nox as Alba Gallardo, player of the Premier Padel circuit who achieved great results in her youth stage: third of Spain in cadet category and runner-up of Spain junior.
