The adidas padel tour by Sofinco, promoted by the associated company adidas, has completed one of its most remarkable seasons to date, standing out not only for its sporting growth and international expansion, but also for its strong commitment to social responsibility.
Throughout the season, the circuit has focused on its collaboration with the Juegaterapia Foundation, an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children with cancer through play. Its work goes beyond entertainment, including the humanisation of hospital spaces, the creation of rooftop gardens and the development of highly recognisable initiatives such as the Baby Pelones, which have become a symbol of support and awareness.
This collaboration has been a constant presence across the adidas padel tour events, fully integrated into the player experience. During the different tournaments, Baby Pelones charity markets were organised, and a portion of each registration fee was directly donated to the foundation, giving every participation an added social value.
Thanks to these initiatives and the direct involvement of the players, the circuit achieved a total donation of over €7,000 to the Juegaterapia Foundation, with contributions accumulating tournament after tournament throughout the season.
From a sporting perspective, this edition has been the most international to date. The adidas padel tour by Sofinco was held in Spain, Portugal, Mexico and Argentina, with a total of 30 tournaments, 25 of them taking place in Spain and Portugal. Overall, more than 11,250 hours of padel were played, consolidating the circuit as a meeting point for amateur players from different countries.
A season that successfully combined growth, tournament experience and social commitment, setting the direction for what lies ahead. The adidas padel tour is already working on the next edition, with new developments to be announced soon.
