Testea Sport Lab promotes objective padel racket evaluation with the Testea Guide Padel 2026

Testea Sport Lab has taken another step forward in its commitment to objectivity and innovation within the padel industry with the launch of the Testea Guide Padel 2026, a publication that gathers and analyses some of the leading padel rackets on the market based exclusively on technical and scientific criteria.

The guide was officially presented during the latest edition of Padel World Summit in Barcelona and was created to provide clear, practical and objective information about the real performance of padel rackets, addressing one of the main needs of both players and industry professionals.

Recognised as the world’s first laboratory dedicated exclusively to studying padel racket performance, Testea Sport Lab developed this initiative as an evolution of its well-known Best Padel Awards, shifting towards an approach focused on helping every player find the padel racket that best matches their characteristics and playing style.

The Testea Guide Padel 2026 includes a total of 60 padel racket models, analysed and classified exclusively through laboratory-generated data, without incorporating subjective opinions or personal reviews.

To achieve this, the company uses a range of specialised testing stations that evaluate both product quality — including durability and resistance — and on-court performance, analysing key aspects related to playability and overall behaviour during play.

One of the most distinctive features of the guide is the Testea Universe, a proprietary tool developed through years of research and the analysis of hundreds of models. It allows each padel racket to be positioned within a visual framework based on quality and playability parameters, helping players compare products and identify the option that best suits their needs.

All testing is conducted in collaboration with the Universitat Politècnica de València, which provides scientific validation for the studies and hosts the facilities where the testing processes take place. This partnership brings academic and methodological rigour to the laboratory’s work.

The 2026 edition of the guide features products from leading brands such as Adidas, Babolat, Bullpadel, Drop Shot, Dunlop, Head Padel, Joma, Kuikma, Nox, Oxdog, Siux, StarVie and Wilson, among other companies committed to quality, innovation and continuous product improvement.

Through this initiative, Testea Sport Lab further strengthens its position as a benchmark in the technical analysis of sporting equipment while contributing to the development of an industry increasingly driven by innovation, transparency and data-based decision-making.
