NOX has announced a collaboration agreement with José Velozo and his high-performance training academy in Argentina, reinforcing the company's commitment to developing young padel talent across Latin America.

The partnership has been conceived as an international extension of the NOX Future Academy (NFA) model and will connect the Argentine academy with NOX's training centre in Spain, encouraging the exchange of coaching methodologies, knowledge and experience between both technical teams.

Supporting the next generation of players

The initiative aims to provide young players with a high-performance environment where they can develop both as athletes and as individuals, with access to specialised equipment, technical guidance and new opportunities for competitive growth.

In addition, José Velozo's experience and NOX's international reach will help identify and support emerging talent from the earliest stages of their development.

Through this collaboration, NOX expands the international scope of the NOX Future Academy while strengthening its presence in Argentina, one of the countries with the strongest tradition and deepest talent pool in world padel.

Jesús Ballvé, CEO of NOX, said: “At NOX, we remain firmly committed to developing the next generation of players, supporting the training of outstanding padel talents from many countries across the Americas who find in this academy a place to grow, learn and pursue their dreams.

This agreement will enable a continuous exchange of training methodologies between the José Velozo Academy and the NOX Future Academy in Spain, sharing knowledge, experience and the same working philosophy. Our objective is clear: to ensure that the development of champions, both on and off the court, never stops.

We believe that talent requires hard work, but also values, dedication, humility and passion.

José, thank you for trusting NOX to accompany you on this great dream. We are convinced that together we will help shape the future of padel.”

José Velozo added: “For me, this is a true honour and a tremendous reward for the hard work we put into the Academy every single day to provide comprehensive training for each of our students. Having a leading brand like NOX place its trust in our project not only gives us great prestige, but also brings our academy unprecedented international visibility and recognition. This partnership is the definitive bridge that will allow our players to develop at the highest competitive level by sharing methodologies with the NOX Future Academy in Spain. Thank you to Jesús Ballvé and the entire NOX team for believing in us, recognising our work and supporting us in helping shape the future of these outstanding talents.”
