Joma brings Vero Virseda’s identity to its new special edition

Joma and Vero Virseda have unveiled a new special padel edition comprising the Slam shoes and the Hyper Pro HRD racket, the result of a joint development process in which the player’s experience has helped define both the equipment’s characteristics and its visual identity.

The collection is based on collaborative work between Vero Virseda and Joma’s team to bring the player’s personality to two high-performance products. The design combines white and water-effect teal as its main colours, with silver used to create lines and geometric shapes. Vero Virseda’s signature completes the graphic proposal and establishes a shared visual language across both products.

Beyond the aesthetic customisation, the collection also undergoes a process of technical validation, in which the materials, construction and performance of the products are previously subjected to laboratory testing to assess their suitability for the needs of professional players.

Slam x Vero Virseda: stability and response on court

The Slam x Vero Virseda shoes are designed for technically skilled female players looking for a combination of cushioning, stability and protection. Their construction is specifically geared towards the movements characteristic of padel, such as lateral support, quick starts and rapid stops.

Key features include:

• Breathable mesh upper with VTS technology, designed to promote ventilation and help manage perspiration.
• Midsole with an upper phylon layer, which promotes energy return, and Reactive Ball in the lower section to improve impact absorption.
• The combination of materials is designed to provide stability during lateral movements and responsiveness during starts and changes of direction.
• Semi-rigid Stabilis piece positioned in the midfoot area, which improves stability and helps reduce the risk of twisting during more demanding movements.

The Hyper Pro HRD x Vero Virseda is a competition racket developed for offensive players. Its diamond shape, high balance and sweet spot positioned towards the upper section are designed to favour attacking shots while maintaining performance during defensive and transition phases.
