X3 Sport Consulting S.L., a company specialised in the organisation of premium padel experiences and international padel projects under the X3 Padel brand, has recently joined the International Padel Cluster (CIP) as a new associate member.
Based in Madrid, X3 Padel has more than five years of experience in the design and development of tailor-made padel experiences, aimed mainly at international amateur players who wish to enjoy a complete immersion in the culture of Spanish padel. Its proposal combines personalised training sessions, access to leading clubs, and collaboration with top-level coaches and fitness trainers.
Among the professionals who have collaborated with X3 Padel are prominent figures from the padel ecosystem such as Jorge Rodríguez, physical trainer to twelve world number ones, Willy Castañón, a well-recognised reference within the sector, as well as Begoña Garralda, Esther Lasheras, Ari Carrasco and Dani Gamarra, among others. All of this is aimed at offering an authentic, demanding and differentiating experience, both from a sporting and a human perspective.
Throughout its trajectory, X3 Padel has progressively expanded its range of services, incorporating the organisation of corporate team-building events, amateur and professional tournaments, as well as clinics and international projects outside Spain. In this context, the year 2025 represented a significant milestone for the company with the organisation of the first FIP Silver tournament on the African continent, held in Abidjan, an initiative of great strategic value for the development of padel in new markets.
Looking ahead to 2026, X3 Padel strengthens its commitment to the internationalisation of the sport with the direction of the second FIP Silver in Abidjan and the organisation of the first professional FIP Bronze tournaments in countries such as Senegal, Nigeria and Ghana. At the same time, the company is working on the opening of new destinations for training stages, both in Spain, in collaboration with NAC Marbella, and in Côte d’Ivoire, as part of its expansion strategy in Africa.
With a structure clearly oriented towards the international sphere, X3 Padel considers strategic support and the creation of synergies to be key in consolidating its growth in francophone markets, Northern Europe and the African continent. In this regard, its incorporation into the International Padel Cluster reflects its desire to be part of a global ecosystem that promotes the structured, sustainable and professional development of the sector.
From the CIP, X3 Sport Consulting is welcomed as a new member, thus adding a new entity with a strong international vocation and solid experience in high value-added projects for the global expansion of padel.
